Hospice - many hospice providers offer various levels of financial support to meet the special needs of adults and children, and their families, facing a terminal illness.
Leukemia Society of America - provides supplementary financial assistance to patients in need.
Medicaid - is a jointly-funded, Federal-State health insurance program for certain low-income and needy people.
Muscular Dystrophy Association - helps with diagnosing, wheelchairs, recycled Equipment, repairs/modifications, camp programs, education and acessibility, and community resources.
Ronald McDonald House Charities - provides comfort and care to children and their families by supporting Ronald McDonald Houses in communities around the world and by making grants to other not-for-profit organizations whose programs help children in need.
Shriners Hospitals - helps thousands of children each year, absolutely free of charge. The hospitals help children who have problems of the bones, joints or muscles or who have been severely burned. Three of the hospitals also specialize in treating children with spinal cord injuries.
